1. How do I place an order?

2. What is standard installation?
Our standard installation includes 10ft total PVC piping. Incoming piping to water filter and outlet water piping to utilities/usage area is by others. Concrete slab, power supply, special tools and authority approval if needed will be provided by buyer.
3. What shipping options are available on WATERMELON?
Currently we are only able to accept both online and phone orders to shipping addresses within the Malaysia (western & east), and do not ship internationally.
4. How do I want to receive the item(s)?
Currently we are offering two delivery option to receive your items which is post (courier or road transportation) & pickup (self-collection). Please schedule an appointment (every Wednesday, except Public Holidays) if you choose collect by yourself before placed an order, we personally assist you as you walk through our WATERMELON Puchong Showroom. We'll let you know when your item is ready by sending an invoice/sms/whatsapps. You can collect your items at our WATERMELON Puchong Showroom on Wednesday after appointment.
5. How much will I pay for shipping and delivery?
The shipping and delivery charges will be displayed in your final order summary, just before you click to authorize the payment of your order.
6. Can I choose the exact time of delivery?It is not currently possible to choose the exact time of delivery.
7. How long does it take for the order to be delivered?
We expect orders to be packed within 48 hours of when the order has been placed (excluding weekends). Once your order has been shipped via courier post or forwarding agent, we will notify you via email or whatsapps. We expect the parcel to arrive within 1 to 7 business days.
*Please note that should there be delays within the postal system, this may delay the arrival of your parcel.
WATERMELON is not liable for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control that delay the delivery, such as: flight delays, adverse weather conditions, or congestion. In these situations we will try our best to notify you of the delay and inform you of the estimated delivery date.
5. Do you deliver to a PO Box address?
Not at this time.
6. Do you deliver to my office address?
Yes. Please provide your office address as the delivery address during the check-out process. Remember to indicate the company name in the address, otherwise our delivery partners may not be able to access the premises. Once your order is placed, you cannot change the delivery address.
7. How can I check my current order status?
You can click here or go to My Account > Order History to check your order status.

Your order is successfully completed, and ready for shipping.
Your order payment is received and confirmed, we will process your order as soon as possible.
Your order is secured for given period. You can always manually bank in to us for the pending orders. Inform us after you have banked in and upon payment completion, shipping will start.
8. Where can I find my order number?Your order number is listed in each email communication that you have received from us regarding your order.
9. How can I track my shipping status?
If you are a registered customer, at any time, you can check the status of your order online at any time. Please sign in with your email address and password to check your shipping status via our Order Tracking tool.
